| We spent a day White water rafting near Morzine on the river Dranse.
The rapids were grade 3 with two rapids being Grade 4. It was August the 18th and the pictures below tell the story. For some of the biggest white water rafting you would need to go In May, but with the snow melting the River can be impossible with Grade 6 and 7 at times. We went with the white water rafting company AN Rafting
After safety briefing and equipment supply we are on the water

During the white water rafing trip we stopped at a large rock and jumped into the fast flowing river and was swept quickly along. There was an instructor on hand to rescue us and pull us to safety.
It was a great day out and we would recommend it if you can find time during your holiday. |
