Location is everything, and Chalet Le Coffy has it all. Located 150m from the slopes and near Le Pleney, the chalet is also situated right next door to “Café Chaud”, which is one of Morzine’s best kept secrets. This bar is where many locals or season workers frequent and has a lovely atmosphere

Built on a plot of 700 sq.m. Le Coffy is constructed of Wood with a traditional stone roof. It has 4 bedrooms, and sleeps 9-10 people. A fully fitted kitchen, living room/dining room with log fire, two w/c, one bathroom and a shower room. The ground floor has under-floor heating, and the 1st floor is heated by electric radiators.

Outside, the garden is a large flat lawn in the summer and forms a sun trap, even in the winter. There is a snow shovel kept in the large double garage if you arrive in heavy snow.

•	Ski Locker A lockable outside store to keep your skis safe, adjacent to the front door
•	Shower Room With cubicle and body jets to relieve those aching muscles after a whole days sport.
•	Bedroom 1 With double bed, and ample wardrobe space this ground floor bedroom has French windows opening to the terrace.
•	Bedroom 2 With double bed, wardrobes and balcony facing Le Pleney.
•	Bedroom 3 With three single beds, wardrobes, table and chairs and balcony facing Le Pleney.One of the single beds has a pull out bed also making the room sleep 4 if required

•	Bathroom With steel bath, his and her wash basins, shower cubicle, a luxury bathroom.
